Philippine Support Teams on Singapore Time
Singapore and the Philippines sit in the same time zone. Your morning is our morning, your Monday rush is our Monday rush, and nobody on the team is working through the night to make that happen.
A free 20 to 30 minute conversation. No pressure, no sales script.

Why Singapore Companies Look to the Philippines
A support hire in Singapore competes with banking and technology employers for the same shortlist, and the roles most businesses need covered are exactly the ones that are hardest to justify at Singapore salaries: reception, order processing, first line support, bookkeeping. Staffing them from the Philippines settles the cost question without moving anyone. The team stays in Dumaguete, so there is no pass application, no quota to work around and no relocation to manage. You are buying a service, not adding headcount to your local establishment.
One Time Zone, No Night Shift
Both countries run on UTC plus eight. Nine in the morning in Singapore is nine in the morning in Dumaguete, and there is no daylight saving on either side to shift that twice a year. Escalations happen while both sides are awake, a question at four in the afternoon gets an answer at four in the afternoon, and the roster is an ordinary working day. That last point matters more than it sounds. Night shifts are the single biggest source of churn in offshore teams, and this is one of the few markets where the work does not need one.
What We Handle for Singapore Companies
Work that runs on your business hours and does not need a person in the office to do it.
Customer service and order desk
Inbound calls, email and live chat during Singapore hours, including order taking and status chasing for distributors and e-commerce sellers.
Back office and finance admin
Invoicing, reconciliation, data entry and supplier follow up on your systems, run by named people rather than a shared pool.
Appointment setting and lead follow up
Outbound calling and follow up on inbound enquiries for professional services and B2B teams that cannot spare a salesperson for it.
What We Do Not Offer
Our agents work in English. We do not staff Mandarin, Malay, Tamil or Hokkien support, and we are not going to promise a language we would then have to go and find. If a meaningful share of your customers expect to be served in something other than English, a Philippine team can cover the English queue and nothing more. That is a real limit for parts of the Singapore market and it is better known now than after a trial.
On data, the Personal Data Protection Act keeps the obligation with the organisation that collected the information. Sending the work offshore does not move that responsibility, so we work to your instructions, restrict account access to the agents assigned to you, and sign the terms your side requires before anything starts.
