The Philippines is roughly 11 to 16 hours ahead of Canada depending on the province and the season. Toronto at 9 a.m. is 9 or 10 p.m. in Dumaguete. Vancouver at 9 a.m. is midnight or 1 a.m. Both are standard shifts for Philippine support teams.
