Virtual Assistants for Australian Businesses
For an Australian business, a Philippine virtual assistant works your day, not your night. Sydney is two to three hours ahead of Dumaguete, so your assistant is online when you are, answering in real time and finishing work the same day.
A free 20 to 30 minute conversation. No pressure, no sales script.

How the Hours Line Up
East coast
When it is 9 a.m. in Sydney or Melbourne it is 7 a.m. in Dumaguete, or 6 a.m. during daylight saving. That is an ordinary early start, not a night shift.
Perth and Adelaide
Perth shares the Philippine time zone exactly. Adelaide runs an hour and a half ahead, two and a half in summer. In every case your assistant works a normal day.
Why Australian Businesses Choose eleVAte in the Philippines
Time zone overlap changes what outsourcing feels like. You can ring your assistant mid afternoon and reach them, give feedback the same day and treat them as part of the office. Behind them is a managed team that recruits, trains and coaches the person on your account.
What Australian Businesses Usually Hand Over
Trades and professional services tend to start with enquiries and bookings: the phone answered, quotes followed up, jobs scheduled. Practices and agencies tend to start with admin: diary, inbox, documents and client follow up.
Bookkeeping is the other common starting point. Your assistant can keep Xero current, chase unpaid invoices and prepare the records your accountant or BAS agent needs. Lodging a BAS and giving tax advice stay with your registered agent.
On Accents, Privacy and Limits
Your assistant is Filipino and speaks clear English with a Filipino accent, trained on Australian terms. They do not sound Australian and we do not claim they do.
Under the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles, responsibility for personal information stays with your business. We work to your written instructions and limit access to the people on your account. Our staff are not registered BAS or tax agents.
